My Wordless Wednesday post yesterday was pictures of my 5 year old daughter swimming in the pool for the first time this summer.
Last year, this is the kind of pool we were in.
This is what I had planned for this year…
Several weeks ago, a friend gave us a 16 ft round, 3-1/2 foot deep swimming pool and we’ve been working for about two weeks to get it set up.
My daughter begged to get in it on Sunday, so we let her. My friend got in the pool with her while I took photos. At first she was a little scared, but it didn’t take her long at all to start walking around on her tip toes all by herself. She loved it. She thinks she is now an expert swimmer and gives swimming lessons to everyone else.

I went to two Publishers and my book is sitting in the “basement,” Well not exactly, I posted them on my blog and some writers’ websites.
